Exciting news for Luxe Fashion Lovers in Brisbane. QueensPlaza, Brisbane’s home for luxury shopping, is about to open Queensland’s first Saint Laurent store. The new Saint Laurent store will showcase the brand’s latest Summer ’19 collection, inspired by different eras and timeless icons. Opening on the 28th of March, this will be only the 6th Saint Laurent store in Australia.
It’s the latest installment as part of owner, Vicinity Centres continued investment in Queens Plaza. Adding to QueensPlaza undeniably luxurious experience in the heart of Brisbane, the Parisian brand’s new boutique has a striking architectural design featuring three types of marble and beautiful refined detailing accented with anodised gold, mirrored stainless steel and leather joinery.
Centre Manager, Pamela Wakeford said, “The arrival of Saint Laurent, another first to Brisbane, further cements QueensPlaza position as the city’s leading luxury retail and lifestyle destination.” “QueensPlaza now offer customers and visitors from here and abroad nine luxury brands from around the world including Chanel, Burberry, Tiffany and Co. along with a plethora of iconic Australian designers such as Zimmermann, Scanlan Theodore and Camilla,” Ms Wakeford added.
If you’ve ventured into the city lately, chances are you’ve walked through QueensPlaza and seen the major changes currently taking place. A $36M redevelopment adding more for the Brisbane shopper. Though it has always been a high-end shopping hub with David Jones, Tiffany and Co and more, it’s been taken to the next level. Some of the stores originally on the ground level have been moved upstairs, as well as Sono Japanese Restaurant moving in.
Italian fashion house Fendi is poised to unveil its new boutique mid-year and Stanton café and bar will also open in the coming months, providing customers with a new signature dining and bar experience including an outdoor terrace overlooking the Queen Street Mall. In late 2018 Dior joined QueensPlaza just in time for the holiday season. Providing a highly personalised service, Queens Plaza offers visitors a stylist experience through renowned fashion stylist Sarah Elizabeth Turner, free parcel delivery to Brisbane hotels and a gift registry.
